Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RideMarket PRO handles information for guest and registered-account use.

1. Information We Collect

For registered accounts, RideMarket PRO collects the email address you provide, a one-way password hash, email-verification status, acceptance records for legal terms, marketing-consent history, Library entitlement state, and account/security metadata. Security systems may also process IP address, user-agent information, session identifiers, and rate-limit records.

2. Media and Project Data

RideMarket PRO is designed so that media you import into the editor and local project data remain in browser-managed storage on your device unless a feature clearly states that it uploads or syncs data. Guest and account status do not by themselves upload your source media to RideMarket PRO servers.

3. Why We Use Account Information

Account information is used to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide sign-in and sign-out, maintain account preferences and entitlements, provide essential service communications, prevent abuse, and operate RideMarket PRO.

4. Marketing Consent and the Library

RideMarket marketing email is optional. If you expressly opt in, RideMarket may send news, marketplace updates, events, product information, and promotional communications. That opt-in may also unlock access to the optional RideMarket PRO Library. You can withdraw marketing consent later. Withdrawing consent does not remove access to the core editor, although optional Library access may be disabled.

5. Email Verification and Service Messages

RideMarket PRO may send messages necessary to operate your account, such as verification and security messages. These operational messages are separate from optional marketing communications.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

RideMarket PRO uses an essential secure session cookie for authentication and CSRF protection. The editor also uses browser storage such as local storage, IndexedDB, and Origin Private File System where supported to maintain local projects, imported media caches, preferences, and editor state.

7. Third-Party Resources

Current editor functions may request resources from providers such as jsDelivr, Google Fonts, and Hugging Face infrastructure. Auto-caption functionality may download speech-recognition model files and browser-side processing components. When your browser connects to those services, those providers may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and user-agent according to their own policies.

8. Security

RideMarket PRO uses measures including HTTPS, restrictive security headers, CSRF protection, secure session cookies, password hashing, prepared database queries, email verification, rate limiting, and hashed verification tokens. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention and Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your RideMarket PRO account from My Account or from the public account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the server-side user account, email-verification tokens, marketing-consent records, and Library entitlement associated with that account. Imported media and local project data are designed to remain on your device and are not part of the server-side account; you can remove that local data separately by clearing RideMarket PRO site storage on your device. Limited operational security records that are not stored as account records may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
