Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the free RideMarket PRO editor, including guest and registered-account access.

1. The Service

RideMarket PRO is a free browser-based creative editor provided under the RideMarket brand. Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or removed as the product develops.

2. Guest and Account Access

You may use RideMarket PRO as a guest or create a free account. Guest visual exports include a small RideMarket PRO watermark. A registered account must have a verified email address before it is activated. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Local Projects and Media

The editor is designed to keep imported creative media and saved project data on your device using browser storage unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important source media and projects. Clearing browser/site storage or changing devices may remove locally stored data.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or import. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use the media, music, logos, footage, text, and other material you place in a project. You must not use RideMarket PRO to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to compromise the service or another system, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, unlawfully collect personal information, or use RideMarket PRO in violation of applicable law.

6. RideMarket PRO Library

The core editor remains available independently of RideMarket marketing consent. RideMarket may offer an optional creative Library as an additional benefit for users who expressly opt in to RideMarket marketing communications. If that consent is withdrawn, access to browse or add new Library assets may end, while the core editor remains available. Separate asset or licence terms may apply to specific Library content.

7. Third-Party Technology

RideMarket PRO uses third-party and open-source software components. Some optional functions may download software, model files, fonts, or other resources from third-party infrastructure. Applicable third-party licence notices and acknowledgements are part of the product documentation.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser capabilities, local storage, media codecs, device performance, third-party resources, and network conditions can affect operation. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as RideMarket PRO develops. When a material update requires renewed agreement, registered users may be asked to accept the updated terms before continuing account-based features.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@rmpro.online.
